Here is a outdoor (or even indoor) HIIT circuit workout using Body Weight only!

  • High Knees Jogging in Place x 30
  • Jump Squats x 10
  • Pushups x 10
  • Burpees x 10
  • Sprints up/down stairs for 45 seconds
  • Rest for 1 minute. Repeat Circuit for 5 rounds.
